Governing the use of Dhoondo Offline Product & Store Discovery Platform
1. Platform Nature & Scope
Dhoondo operates strictly as an offline product and local physical store discovery engine. Dhoondo indexes inventory catalogs provided by independent physical storefronts within a maximum radius of 15 kilometers of the customer’s selected location.
2. Independent Store Transactions
Dhoondo does not own, warehouse, manufacture, package, ship, or sell any of the products displayed on the platform. All commercial transactions, payments, product handovers, warranties, and receipts are conducted directly between the customer and the respective physical merchant at their brick-and-mortar storefront.
3. Inventory & Pricing Accuracy
While merchants strive to keep catalog prices, specifications, and availability current, stock availability can change rapidly due to in-store sales. Customers are advised to contact the merchant or confirm stock availability directly when planning an in-store visit.
4. Direct Customer Conduct
Customers agree to use the platform in good faith to discover local goods. When utilizing direct merchant communication (such as phone calls or WhatsApp inquiries), customers agree to communicate respectfully during customary retail business operating hours.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dhoondo provides product discovery “as is” without warranties of any kind. Dhoondo shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, quality claims, or discrepancies arising from physical store visits, in-person cash transactions, or merchant representations.
6. Modifications to Terms
Dhoondo reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
